Want It Wednesday

Morning. It's Wednesday and I'm currently coveting this wallet from PPB. Hopefully this nifty lil' wallet finds its way into my Easter basket. I also hope its filled with $100 bills.   Love me some Ben Franklin's.

Hop on in.  There is still space for this lovely springtime scarf in my EB.

Adorable.  This will def fit in my basket.

Love all the nifty gifties above but what I really want for Easter is a lifetime supply of the following treats:

Be still my heart.  I guess if I did have a lifetime supply of grilled cheese, mayo and wieners my heart would be still. xox

Tribute to Tory

Ok, so I stink at blogging everyday.  We'll leave it at that.

Today we will pay tribute to Tory.  I love her. You should too.

For those of you familiar with Tory Burch and her kicks this statement is surely one you have heard before - Torture Burch.  I can't dub myself an expert as I only own two pair of TB flats but what I do know is that my Reva's allowed me to run down a main road chasing after a FED EX truck that hit my car and drove off.  Yes, true story.  I caught him.  Go me. Cursed. Called police. Blah blah blah.

I probably ran a good 1/2 mile in my Reva's without incident.  Not even a blister.  So for those of you contemplating  buying a pair for the spring - just do it knowing that the $195 or $225 that you spend is money well invested if you are ever involved in a hit and run.

So what better way to spend our Tuesday than ogling over Tory and her overpriced collection.

I'm doing that nautical thing again.  Shock-er.

Orange & Gold Perfection

Teal Gorgeousness.

 Green with envy.

Have a terrific tory tuesday.  xox

Hope

Hi.  It's me.  Been gone awhile.  These last two weeks have been shear madness. Would love to fill you in but you'll just have to wait for my book.  He haw.  So I'm not a mushy person. Today's post may be borderline mushy.  Yuck. Or maybe it's just real.  You decide.

I rarely watch t.v. and I don't read magazines. I prefer to spend my free time eating, surfing the web for things I can't afford and playing with my peeps.  With that being said it's weird for me to post about a celebrity.  I'm not really up on the scene when it comes to Hollywood.  The last time I swooned over anyone famous was during my NKOTB days.  Please Don't Go Girl. Best. Song. Ever. Love ya Joey.

What is it about Giuliana and Bill?  They make me laugh and cry all in a one hour episode. I have to admit I've only seen two episodes of their show and I'm hooked.  I can't relate to much of G's life aside from her struggle to have a baby.  Watching her makes me hopeful.  Hopeful for my fellow IVF'ers and all the gal's out there that struggle with infertility.  So thanks G for taking your struggle public.  Your story helps others.  Waaaaaa. Getting too mushy.

I'm also hopeful that for mom's day someone special will give me this lil' treat...

Lot's of hope today.  It's just a hopeful kind of day. xox

The Glamorous Glutton

Lots to discuss today so I'm gonna jump right in.  Health food fanatics - GO AWAY.  Spare yourself. Truly, you will be horrified if you read any further.  This post is dedicated to processed meat.  Salty. Wholesome.Goodness.

Stuffing your face in style.  Yes, it's possible and quite simple too.  Accessorize.  If you throw on a few key pieces you'll be slothin' in style.  No, slothin' is not part of the English language for all you grammar geeks but it's my language and quite appropriate given the topic of discussion today.

Distract em' with jewels.  This is crucial.  Take the focus away from the grease dripping down your chin with bracelets, bangles or rings.  I'm partial to bracelets.  Stack a few DY's and your good to go.  These 3 pieces rarely leave my bod and are clutch when I'm sitting at Kelly's with 3 grilled cheese sandwiches in front of me.

And no, you don't need to sport DY to sloth in style.  Whatever suits your fancy.  Just accessorize.  That is the bottom line here. It really makes all the difference when overindulging in processed meats and cheeses.

My next piece o' advice.  Sport a scarf.  A scarf always adds a little somethin' somethin' to your ensemble.  Actually, it serves dual roles. 1) it spruces up an outfit 2) you can use it to wipe your mouth when that grease starts a drippin' or when your fingers are coated in ketchup.  Wicked. Smart.

And now for my fav tasty treats.

Grilled. Gooey. Goodness.
Peal Hot Dogs. Devine.
Second best food evah...after hot dogs.

Need. ASAP.

Unbelievable.  My life long dream to own one of these beauties.

Some other things to consider...

When you order a burger - skip the lettuce, tomato and onion.   Get extra cheese, bacon and a side of mayo.  Oh, and don't opt for a salad over fries.  That is just plain stupid.

The appropriate way to eat a hot dog is without the bun.  Naked.  Trust me.  Skip the bun and you'll be able to eat twice as many dogs.

We love vegetarians.  More meat for us. (whoever came up with this saying is genius)  Happy slothin'!

Top o' the Mornin

Oh hi.  Just thought I'd stop by and write a word or two. Sorry for the lack o' posts but the weather has been spectacular and since I don't own a laptop (no lie) I've been outside absorbing the rays with my lil' lady instead of sitting by my computer.

I figure since St. Patty's day was only a week ago it's still appropriate to give a little shout out to all things green.  Yes, I had every intention of writing this post last Saturday on St. Patty's day but the sun just got in the way.  Oops.  However, I did get some nice color on my face and for that I will not apologize.

On we go to take a peek at some green gorgeousness.  Your Irish eyes will surely be smiling at these beauties. I think.  I hope. Mine are.

 Well hello KATE & KATE

DAVID YURMAN - I love you. Forevah.

VOLVO. Everyone should drive one.  Seriously.

Green greatness.  Green with envy yet?
