Want It Wednesday

Morning. It's Wednesday and I'm currently coveting this wallet from PPB. Hopefully this nifty lil' wallet finds its way into my Easter basket. I also hope its filled with $100 bills.   Love me some Ben Franklin's.

Hop on in.  There is still space for this lovely springtime scarf in my EB.

Adorable.  This will def fit in my basket.

Love all the nifty gifties above but what I really want for Easter is a lifetime supply of the following treats:

Be still my heart.  I guess if I did have a lifetime supply of grilled cheese, mayo and wieners my heart would be still. xox

It's Tuesday

Digging the title of today's post. Lying.  How about Torre's Tuesday Tips?  Blah.  Even worse. Anyway, here are some tips to get you through this chilly Tuesday morning.  Actually, they aren't really tips at all. Perhaps words to the wise?  Nope not that either.

Ok, let's just call it what it is - a meaningless post of all the random things floating through my head at the moment.

~Eat cheese.  LOTS of cheese and don't feel guilty about it.  Never deny yourself cheesy wholesome goodness.
~ Smile.  When your pissed, sad, annoyed or just in a whatever  mood - smile at random people.  It somehow makes you feel better.  I'm totally serious about this one.
~Embrace materialism. Please get over the fact that materialism is bad.  It's not.  It simply means you like stuff. Personally, I love stuff.  The more stuff the better.  So get shopping.
~If you were contemplating having or adopting children - JUST DO IT - as Nike would say.  Do it for the simple reason that Serena & Lily now has a Kidshop. {http://www.serenaandlily.com/Kidshop} Swoon.
~Since we are embracing things today....embrace all things nautical.  It will make you happy.  I promise.  Start with this nifty nautical tee from J Crew.

~Listen to Green Eyes by Coldplay and Helena Beat by Foster the People at least once a day.  You'll smile.  I promise.  Yes, this is my second promise of the day.
~Go to Kelly's and get a grilled cheese. Go to Silvertones and get mac n' cheese.  Go to Panera Bread and get broccoli cheddar soup.  Go to Sam Lagrassa's and get the jumbo ruben with extra cheese. Then go for an 8 mile run. Ouch.

I know, you feel like a more complete well rounded person after reading this post.  Perhaps if you took my advice on the food you are looking a bit round.  Whatever the case - today is Tuesday.  Embrace it. xox

The Glamorous Glutton

Lots to discuss today so I'm gonna jump right in.  Health food fanatics - GO AWAY.  Spare yourself. Truly, you will be horrified if you read any further.  This post is dedicated to processed meat.  Salty. Wholesome.Goodness.

Stuffing your face in style.  Yes, it's possible and quite simple too.  Accessorize.  If you throw on a few key pieces you'll be slothin' in style.  No, slothin' is not part of the English language for all you grammar geeks but it's my language and quite appropriate given the topic of discussion today.

Distract em' with jewels.  This is crucial.  Take the focus away from the grease dripping down your chin with bracelets, bangles or rings.  I'm partial to bracelets.  Stack a few DY's and your good to go.  These 3 pieces rarely leave my bod and are clutch when I'm sitting at Kelly's with 3 grilled cheese sandwiches in front of me.

And no, you don't need to sport DY to sloth in style.  Whatever suits your fancy.  Just accessorize.  That is the bottom line here. It really makes all the difference when overindulging in processed meats and cheeses.

My next piece o' advice.  Sport a scarf.  A scarf always adds a little somethin' somethin' to your ensemble.  Actually, it serves dual roles. 1) it spruces up an outfit 2) you can use it to wipe your mouth when that grease starts a drippin' or when your fingers are coated in ketchup.  Wicked. Smart.

And now for my fav tasty treats.

Grilled. Gooey. Goodness.
Peal Hot Dogs. Devine.
Second best food evah...after hot dogs.

Need. ASAP.

Unbelievable.  My life long dream to own one of these beauties.

Some other things to consider...

When you order a burger - skip the lettuce, tomato and onion.   Get extra cheese, bacon and a side of mayo.  Oh, and don't opt for a salad over fries.  That is just plain stupid.

The appropriate way to eat a hot dog is without the bun.  Naked.  Trust me.  Skip the bun and you'll be able to eat twice as many dogs.

We love vegetarians.  More meat for us. (whoever came up with this saying is genius)  Happy slothin'!
